Ideal candidates for this position will be friendly, energetic, self-motivated, and extremely detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. This individual must possess the ability to establish strong relationships with all levels of our organization as well as adhere to a strict confidentiality policy.
Job duties, include but are not limited to:
Respond to certificant/customer inquiries via letter, telephone, and email daily
Ensure that recertification requirements are met for certificants
Manage multiple bulk mailings annually
Process and post payments for renewals and orders for certification materials; ship orders for certification materials
Obtain copyright permissions; arrange for printing
Make recommendations for continuous quality improvement of policies and procedures
Provide preparation for committee meetings and arrange accommodations for committee members
Travel within the United States to attend annual meeting; prepare exhibit booth and represent AMCB by providing face-to-face customer service with certificants
Must have prior customer service and/or nonprofit experience
Must be proactive, able to work independently and be self-directed
Extraordinary organizational, attention to detail and time management skills- able to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience with Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel; CRM or AMS database experience a plus
