Are you a creative event marketer? Do you spend your free time thinking about new ways to attract attendees and exhibitors to conferences and events? If so, this may be the contract position you’ve been looking for!
TAPPI is seeking a creative, self-starter who can effectively manage the development and execution of multiple marketing plans for our courses and conferences. We need a seasoned professional with heavy event marketing and some product marketing experience. Previous non-profit experience is not required. The ideal candidate will have marketing and communication skills in the following areas:
Conference, exhibitor and sponsorship marketing
Training and course marketing
Creating marketing campaigns that include social media, digital marketing, direct mail, and email
Please provide sample promotions (ex.: blog, creative concepts, writing, etc.)
Please note: This is a 1099 Contractor position. Not eligible for health benefits or 401k. The hourly rate is negotiable.
