| BOC is looking for a Credentialing Director, who will be responsible for ensuring that BOC’s accreditation and certification programs maintain premier status in the marketplace, grow, and fulfill BOC’s mission. Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the Credentialing Director is responsible for ensuring that BOC’s credentialing programs maintain premier status in the marketplace, grow, and fulfill BOC’s mission. The incumbent leads the direction, strategy, policies, and day-to-day operations of BOC’s facility accreditation and individual certification programs. The incumbent contributes to building and maintaining BOC’s credibility by providing management of the certification and accreditation programs; ensuring excellent customer service is delivered; and initiating and implementing improvements. The incumbent ensures that all program eligibility, criteria, and standards requirements are met and all policies and procedures are strictly adhered to so that the credentialing programs maintain and grow in status and market share. The incumbent is responsible for expanding BOC’s credentialing products, services, partnerships, and relationships and represents BOC as needed with key industry leaders. When the new Credentialing Director comes onboard, Wendy will transition to the new role of Special Assistant to the CEO and share her significant organizational knowledge as part of the onboarding of the new hire. She also will manage special projects for the CEO and other members of the BOC senior management team. |
