The Education Coordinator will support RBMA’s educational initiatives as assigned. This position also supports the Radiology Coding Certification Board Certification (RCC and RCCIR) exams, programs, activities, and board meetings. The position reports to the Director of Education.
Specific Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
RBMA Educational Activities:
Gather, organize and prepare materials for speaker presentations and handouts.
Manage and maintain speaker information, event details and relevant program information as needed;
Work with the meetings and marketing coordinator to meet programming deadlines.
Coordinate all registration activities for the Coding Academy webinars, RBMA U, and any educational products online for sale;
Produce monthly reports for all educational activities.
Manage on-site activities at various conferences as assigned.
Coordinate evaluations and assist in tabulating evaluation results for all educational events;
Coordinate the continuing education process which includes: getting provider approval, preparing onsite attendee CE forms, updating the website, and sending certificates after each meeting or learning activity.
Other duties as assigned
RCCB Certification Program Administration
Manage incoming exam applications, review for completeness, submit for payment, and prepare approved list for testing company.
Prepare monthly reports.
Manage the review process for the CSI/RCCB quarterly newsletter.
Maintain the RCCB website.
Essential functions are performed in an office setting with low noise.

Associate degree or equivalent work experience required
2+ years in Association Management
2+ years in a non-profit or association, preferable in professional development or education environment
Good organization skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work on and prioritize multiple tasks
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Good written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate to advanced skills with the entire MS Office suite (especially Word and Excel), iMIS, and Gmail suite
Individual may be called upon to lift boxes up to 25 lbs in weight.
Some travel within the United States required.
