The Consulting Corps of The Counselors of Real Estate is a wide-ranging, public service initiative which provides municipalities, not for profit organizations, educational institutions, government entities and other owners of real property answers to pressing problems involving their real estate assets. This service is provided at rates significantly below market by credentialed Counselors of Real Estate (CREs) who volunteer their expertise on projects which contribute to the greater good worldwide.
Serves as the Project Manager for each assignment undertaken by the Consulting Corps, which includes regular communication with clients, assisting in the selection of CRE team members for each assignment, overseeing the signing and execution of contracts, acquiring and circulating appropriate data on each assignment to selected CRE team members, editing and facilitating review and distribution of each final project report, presenting the team’s recommendations to the client.
Markets the services of the Consulting Corps to potential clients and target audiences.
Places stories on the work of the Consulting Corps in various media outlets.
Identifies and secures opportunities for credentialed Counselors of Real Estate to explain the work of the Consulting Corps to target audiences by arranging podium presentations, placing articles which showcase Consulting Corps projects and their community impact, and scheduling meetings with entities which could benefit from the services of the Corps.
Writes articles summarizing specific projects undertaken by the Consulting Corps for posting on the CRE website, social media, and inclusion in appropriate external publications.

Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Familiarity with WordPress CMS and social media platforms a plus.
Ability to multi-task, demonstrating proven skill in prioritizing and executing multiple projects within established time frames with minimal supervision.
Ability to work collaboratively, recognizing and utilizing the diverse abilities of staff colleagues and member resources.
Knowledge of real estate a plus.
