A Washington, DC non-profit association seeks an experienced Office Coordinator/Executive Support individual to provide general support to a small, high-functioning office team. Are you a self-starter who needs little supervision and is highly detail-oriented? Then this is the job for you. The ideal candidate will have no less than 3 years of experience in administration, including executive support, a great rapport with colleagues, and a pleasant, helpful disposition.

Meticulous attention to detail, resulting in consistently accurate work and no loose ends
Flexibility with frequently changing circumstances
Accountability for learning and performing job functions
Collaboration with co-workers to effectively meet team and organization objectives
High proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
Ability to set and prioritize competing work requirements and initiatives
Ability to assume and master varied job responsibilities
Ideal candidate profile:
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required if applicant has sufficient relevant experience and excellent references
More than 3 years of experience supporting a team
Ability to anticipate needs, multi-task and meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Microsoft Office proficiency required.
