MIBOR REALTOR® Association is looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as our Education Coordinator/Administrative Assistant in our professional services department.
This position will provide administrative oversight to the MIBOR Master Professional Certification (M-PRO) Program, serve as the staff liaison to the MIBOR Real Estate Academy of Leadership (REAL) program, as well as coordinate with the event planner to manage other membership and education meetings. This position will also serve as the administrative assistant to the executive team and provide building support.
Track participants progress and certification in M-PRO
Organize M-PRO sessions and provide administrative support
Work with the REAL moderator to organize sessions and schedule speakers
Attend all REAL sessions (9 every year)
Coordinate New Member Orientations
Book travel for executive team
Manage calendars for executive team
Oversee Room Setup for scheduled meetings
2+ yrs experience in program or project management desired
Bachelor’s Degree can substitute up to 1 year of desired experience
Education background a plus
Organized, flexible, and detail-oriented
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize work to meet deadlines
