Position Description: This position reports to the Executive Vice President and requires a positive attitude, good communication and project management skills. Candidate should be organized, detailed oriented, self-motivated and have the ability to set, manage and meet priorities under changing conditions while working independently.
Duties and responsibilities:
Coordinate with the Exam Development Committee to create, maintain and update NEBB exams.
Responsible for creating, maintaining and updating NEBB Discipline Body of Knowledge’s/KSA’s.
Serve as POC with the exam delivery provider with regards to inputting and updating online and paper exams.
Serve as POC with the exam delivery provider test site with special arrangements or issues.
Responsible for the SME’s and project coordination to complete projects.
Monitor exam statistics and analyze trends to determine areas of improvement.
Coordinate exam administration including communications with proctors and candidates.
Collaborate with EVP with exam complaints and issues.
Other duties, responsibilities and special projects as assigned by the EVP
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Knowledge and experience in creating KSA’s / BoKs and working with SMEs
Experience with exam development platforms (Webassesor or Surpass)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Positive team player attitude, remains calm and professional under pressure, work collaboratively and independently, resolves conflict constructively
Recognizable organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven written/oral communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think, look ahead and problem solve
Ability to ask questions in order to enhance processes for greater efficiency
Ability to follow appropriate protocols and guidelines
