We seek an experienced Program Assistant who will be our Association’s front-line for client phone calls and emails, including processing membership enrollments, assisting with conference registrations, running Association reports and more.
About the Position
The Program Assistant is responsible for delivering friendly, accurate, efficient client service to NaBITA (National Behavioral Intervention Team Association - nabita.org) clients.
Title: Program Assistant
Reports to: Executive Director of NaBITA
Work Location: King of Prussia, PA
Serve as first line of response for member and prospective member inquiries incoming by phone or email, answering queries
Process memberships/renewals, maintain the membership database, run membership reports
Answer questions about Association resources, products and services
Maintain the Association website
Generate membership-related invoices and weekly Accounts Receivable reconciliation
Assist with preparation for the annual conference(s), registration for Association events
Assist with training registration, tracking, and revenue (as assigned)
Maintain current member listserv and mailing list
Assist the Executive Director, Assistant Executive Director, and other team members

2+ years in an office-based client service role with extensive computer use, experience working in an association setting preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer savvy – proficient on MS Office Suite including Excel/Word/PowerPoint, experience with website editing preferred
Well organized, detail oriented
Resilient, accustomed to persevering until a client problem is solved
Experience with an Association Membership System preferred (MemberSuite)
