IASP seeks an IT manager who will be responsible for managing IASP’s membership database (iMIS 20) and all policies and procedures around maintenance and acquisition of hardware and software applications to ensure optimal efficiency in
Use and design of network infrastructure;
Utilization of applications;
User interface with IASP website content and online usability; and
Compilation and consultation of analytical data to lead IASP marketing and research strategies.
Will be lead contact with all technology vendors (membership database, accounting software, IASP website, and other online platforms) responsible to enhance IASP management operations at the most efficient cost.
Specific duties will fall under the areas of:
Membership Database (AMS) Maintenance & Data Analytics,
Website and Content Management (integration of 3rd party technologies, analytics, trouble shooting access issues.)
Strongly Preferred knowledge of: iMIS Enterprise (20+), IQAs, SQL, Microsoft Office, Sitefinity, and Data Analytics tools.
Troubleshooting experience with Windows Server 2012/2008 and Windows 7.
Ability to manage multiple long-term projects while rapidly responding to new requests
Ability to communicate technology issues in lay terms and provide clear directions
Ability to work closely and communicate effectively with diverse staff members in several departments
Knowledge of association concepts needed to manage membership database and processing (dues, meeting registrations, advertising, simple order entry) preferable
Minimum of 4 years' server/network administration experience in associations.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science or related field required.
Solid leadership and communication skills; ability to articulate objectives, strategies, tactics, and meaningful measurements to the leadership team.
Ability to learn new systems and software quickly
Must have experience influencing and leading others.
