As part of this team, the Senior Psychometrician will be encouraged to do research, present at industry conferences, and work on innovative initiatives. Essential functions of the Senior Psychometrician position: - Plan, coordinate and perform psychometric analyses for certification and assessment programs; this would include item calibration, equating, linking and scaling of tests using classical test theory and/or item response theory;
- Apply advanced knowledge of psychometric methods and statistical procedures and their applications to routine and innovative activities;
- Design and implement adequate quality control measures and ensure accuracy of deliverables;
- Lead psychometric activities such as standard settings for certification programs;

- High level computer literacy, with extensive skills in designing, running and interpreting analysis using SPSS, WINSTEPS, and R;
