The association is committed to improving health through the development and delivery of standards, accreditation and educational programs that focus on optimizing patient and donor care and safety. AABB is looking for an experienced professional who is responsible for the day-to-day marketing activities of AABB and developing and executing marketing plans based on the strategy set forth by the Director. About the Role - Work with the Director to coordinate marketing efforts for the Association.
- Write and execute cross-channel marketing plans incorporating email, direct mail, print and online advertising, social media, and websites as appropriate for the following AABB programs/departments:
- Membership (individual and institutional/accredited)
- Publications (books)
- Accreditation
- Cellular Therapies
- Patient Blood Management
- Business Development
- Consulting Services
- Coordinate the marketing activities and presence at various outside meetings throughout the year (non-AABB meetings).
- On an ongoing basis, track progress of marketing plans and lead generation programs and accompanying budgets, and update directors on campaign progress.
- Conduct research on competitive position and product position.
- Attend the Association’s Annual Meeting and conduct marketing outreach throughout the event.
- Assist the Director as needed.
