340B Health has an immediate opening for an Operations Coordinator at our growing non-profit health care trade association. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Operations.
The Operations Coordinator will support the Operations team with all aspects of the association’s operations functions with a focus on Information Technology (IT), including email promotions/communications, assisting the membership department on various projects, building/maintaining 340B Health’s iMIS 20 member database, and supporting various IT initiatives such as website maintenance and helpdesk requests. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Membership and Marketing:
Create and send mass email communications including weekly, scheduled communications, unscheduled and/or one-time communications and 340B Coalition conference promotions
Support efforts to leverage marketing automation tools and identify and implement communications best practices
Assist with digital and other marketing initiatives aimed at driving member recruitment and building engagement
Monitor and respond to requests delivered to our general inform email account
Handle other membership and marketing-related duties as assigned
Support Information Technology:
Assist in ensuring accuracy and integrity of the association’s database, iMIS 20.2, by regularly evaluating database to identify missing records and update information, merge duplicate records, create accounts, etc., and analyze the database, identify data collection needs and opportunities to mine and apply data for various organizational functions
Assist in generating various iMIS reports, such as member and event rosters, etc., and creating event registration websites
Respond to member inquiries and concerns regarding the database such as event registrations, website logins, etc.
Monitor staff support email account and respond to all helpdesk inquiries including internal network support to include desktop, laptop, phone system and hardware setup and basic troubleshooting, MS Windows and MS Office 365, and other association software applications
Mobile device and event mobile app support
Assist with maintaining association websites (built in Expression Engine, WordPress, and iMIS RiSE)
Assist with other duties as assigned
Event, Conference, and Registration Support:
Help prepare for, attend and assist on-site with bi-annual conferences
Assist setting up and populating data in the conference mobile app
Set up for webinars and field connection and technical assistance issues during the event
Handle other event, conference, and registration support duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Two plus years relevant professional experience
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects
High level of detail
Ability to work well with a team across functional areas
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Informz (or similar) communication tools
Experience with MS SQL Server, iMIS, .net, SRSS Reports, HTML, CSS, Help desk/troubleshooting support knowledge a plus
Limited travel required but must help staff our annual national conference in California.
