The Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB) is the largest independent pediatric nursing certification organization in the country. The position is primarily responsible for providing customer service to all PNCB constituents which include examination candidates, certificants, educational program directors and employers of certified pediatric nurses and nurse practitioners. Must be able to learn, maintain and clearly communicate information pertaining to PNCB services in a professional manner to all inquirers. Preference to applicants who also have experience communicating with customer base via social media platforms.
Our organization is currently operating remotely (each employee from their home). Equipment is provided. Employees are responsible for providing a quiet, secure work space with reliable, secure internet.
Essential Job Duties:
Maintains an in-depth knowledge of all PNCB services.
Provides timely and accurate information to all PNCB exam candidates and certificants.
Processes requests from customers such as certification verifications, address changes and retirements from certificants.
Assists with monitoring certificant compliance related to recertification policies.
Enters data into CMS (Certificant Management System) and generates reports as needed.
Participates in the organization’s overall quality review process.
Responds to email inquiries on certification and recertification from various mail boxes.
Provides service to other PNCB program areas as directed.
Responsible for training and cross-training with co-workers to ensure uninterrupted service and quality to PNCB customers.

Social media marketing skills and experience preferred

Minimum Education/Training: Associates Degree or higher preferred
Minimum Experience: 5+ years of customer service/administrative experience in a professional, non-retail environment.
