Serve as lead staff liaison to Clinical Practice Committee, Palliative Care Committee, Wellness Committee, and Program Directors Network.
Collaborates with Marketing and Communications Dept. to develop and implement marketing plans to promote clinical practice activities and resources.
Oversee and coordinate the development, distribution, and publication of SGO documents (policies, guidelines, practice statements, etc.) in peer-reviewed journals.
Serve as lead project manager of practice-based initiatives and recruit volunteers for projects.
Governance
Support the Senior Manager of Governance and Clinical Practice with improving the volunteer experience, including the appointment process, best practices in committee management, and volunteer recognition
Assists with the following governance initiatives.
SGO and FWC Board of Directors and Executive Committee meetings.
Tracking organizational liaison reports.

5+ years of Project Management experience
5-7 years in association management
