Overview
Engage medical students, residents and post graduate fellows in our member focused medical association.
Manage recruitment, retention, and onboarding for all Student, Resident, and Post Graduate Fellow Members.
Participate in committee activities to represent the association and impact future offerings to existing and prospective members.
Serve as liaison and point-of-contact for student club presidents at podiatric medical schools and manage the College’s relationship student clubs.
Coordinate conference calls, training materials, and stocking/shipping of merchandise for student events. Participate in newsletter compilation and production.
Maintain the College’s annual Fellowship Recognition Initiative including invoicing, tracking of deadlines for each program as well as recognition and exit process for outgoing fellows.
Participate in and serve as early-career member subject matter expert for assigned committees and task forces.
Attend the College’s Annual Scientific Conference and assist with workshop planning, booth design and staffing and career center presence.
About You!
3+ years of association (or related) experience
Experience working with membership or in a customer service capacity
Bachelor’s degree required; CAE is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer focused “How can I help you?” mindset
Willing to be part of a collaborative team and wear many hats
Flexibility to attend evening virtual meetings on an “as needed basis”
Ability to travel to one 5-7 day annual scientific conference.
