MAPS the premier non-profit global Medical Affairs organization, has an exciting opportunity for a Chapter Relations Specialist (CRS). The CRS will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of MAPS regional and country-based chapters. This position works closely with the Membership Manager, CEO, chapter volunteers and internal team to help our chapters meet their strategic goals. Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists MAPS Membership Manager with creating, planning, and implementation of chapter-based membership recruitment and retention programs.
• Assists in identifying, creating, planning, and developing new chapter programs and services.
• Staff liaison to 13 chapters, providing support to Chapter Leaders pertaining to MAPS services and resources
• Acts as staff liaison in support of quarterly chapter leadership meeting and monthly calls
• Assist with coordinating chapter virtual and in-person activities
• Manages chapter pages on MAPS website and Social Media Channels
• Provides backup support for other MAPS staff as needed.

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years of experience in association management or related experience
• Demonstrated strategic and analytical skills
• Solid experience with Microsoft Office 365 and a variety of software programs
• Working knowledge of member management systems/contact databases
• Demonstrated organizational and leadership experience working in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Program management experience
• Financial management experience

Working Conditions and Environment

• Some travel may be required
• Primarily a general office/remote work environment, but onsite MAPS events and meetings may be required
