This is an exempt/salaried position with a base salary starting at $70-$75k + annual bonus. It includes a competitive benefits package, along with generous paid time off. Proof of vaccination is a condition of employment.

As the Director of Sponsor & Member Relations you’ll lead the development, engagement and retention of sponsors and members by building strong relationships at both the organizational and individual level across the Northeast region.

Qualified candidates will have effective communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to work efficiently in a hybrid environment (on-site 25%) and (remotely 75%). A proven ability to drive business results and successfully serve multiple stakeholders a must. Experience working in a customer facing role within a non-profit or professional services firm is strongly preferred. Demonstrated leadership/management skills are a plus!
