The National Association of Conservation Districts is seeking a Finance and Administration Specialist that will be responsible for managing general ledger accounting, financial reporting, grants management, auditing, and payroll. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Finance and Administration Specialist will have the following duties:   Responsibilities:  Support COO and independent auditors on the completion of the 990 tax returns upon the completion of the annual A-133 audit  Responsible for monthly financial close which consists of bank reconciliations, investments, fixed assets and all other related general ledger account reconciliations  Oversee and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
