Job Responsibilities:
The Coordinator, Sales position provides operational and sales coordination for the Business Group sales organization to meet the business objectives. Responsible for internal and external customer support, developing and maintaining key organizational systems, monitoring and reporting on forecasts and budgets, creating reports and sales analysis, contracts, and SOPs, meeting and conference sales planning and follow-up, group communications, and other duties as related to the position.
Must Have:
- BS/BA
- Minimum of 3 years of customer support and/or administrative experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of customer support and/or administrative experience in lieu of a BS/BA.
- Excellent organizational, communication skills, and customer service skills.
- Highly detail oriented and deadline driven.
- Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders at multiple levels, work independently and in a team environment.
- Understands when to elevate issues.
- Works well under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Aptify or similar program preferred.
- Ability to possess an understanding of keywords and metadata practices.
- Possible weekend work 1-5 times per year to attend or exhibit at industry conferences for 1-5 days.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM.
- Experience in publishing, licensing and/ or an association.
- Experience working with sales managers and processes.
