WateReuse Association, Program Manager
The WateReuse Association seeks a Technical Program Manager, a full-time position reporting to the Director of Programs and Strategic Operations. The Program Manager develops technical programming, administers member-led programs, manages strategic partnerships, and ensures that programs support the Association’s overall education and advocacy goals.
The successful candidate will have the technical foundation and communication skills to develop and support technical resources and programs relevant to water resource management, and ensure programs align with the Association’s overall education and advocacy goals. Specific duties include:
- Program Development and Management: Supports program and policy-related projects that require research, information management, and meeting organization.
- Committee Management: Organize and support the work of volunteer committees, supporting the development and implementation of annual work plans.
- Conferences, Events, Webcasts: Support the development of technical education and training for water industry professionals.
- Outreach and Partnerships: Develop and support programmatic relationships with strategic partners.
- Communications: Develop content for newsletter, website, white papers, and other resources.

Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have exemplary writing and communications skills, experience organizing meetings or small events, and experience working with volunteers and coalitions. A master’s degree is preferred in science, engineering, or other subject matter relevant to water resources.
