What we're looking for: A detail-oriented individual responsible for providing administrative support for creation and production of the RSNA Annual Meeting Program and committee activities.

What you'll do:

• Provide administrative assistance to the programs department to include handling internal and external correspondence by telephone, mail and email; meeting scheduling; maintaining calendars and files; coding invoices for payment; and checking and submitting expense reports to accounting
• Provide support in scheduling meetings and conference calls and organize and distribute agenda materials to committees
• Maintain committee rosters, Speaker’s Bureau, and Volunteer Database.
• Provide administrative services including calendar management, internal and external correspondence, travel arrangements, and file maintenance for the Assistant Executive Director: Education
• Provide customer support as a first line responder via phone and email

What you'll need:

• Previous experience in working with a non-profit association and volunteers preferred
• Experience in customer service support
• Excellent communication skills
• Interpersonal skills in working with highly educated individuals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms
• Ability to travel: Once a year, supports the RSNA Annual Meeting
