Position Summary:  Reporting to the Senior Director, Education Abroad and Volunteer Engagement, the Program Manager is responsible for implementing a comprehensive structure to promote volunteer and member engagement in partnership with the senior director and other senior leadership. This entails developing and implementing a strategy and process to recruit and recognize volunteers and to support member engagement and member interest communities.
