Association Management Center seeks an Education Manager to support our client, North American Neuromodulation Society, NANS. This role supports the management and administration of Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities, development of a certification initiative, and other educational products and services in compliance with the growth and expansion of NANS educational programming.
This role is hybrid; one day per week onsite.
Supervise and coach a direct report who provides project management for various live learning programs and other educational offerings as assigned.
Plan, develop, manage and evaluate educational programs.
Ensure that required components of educational programs meet the ACCME accreditation standards and correspond to the education mission component of the organization.
Oversee the facilitation and implementation of CME credit for educational programs through the joint providership process.
Develop CME policies and procedures and prepare documentation for ACCME Accreditation application.
Oversee annual meeting speaker/faculty management including call for proposals and the development and use of speaker/abstract management system.
Serve as staff liaison and provide administrative support to the Annual Meeting Scientific Program Committee and Education Committee. Includes providing administrative support for development of Annual Meeting Program and ensuring overall flow and timing of educational events.
Serve, with direct report, as liaison for any educational products developed by education committee and affiliates.
Minimum of five years progressive professional responsibility for management and administration of education programs, including curriculum development and demonstrated advanced knowledge of the ACCME accreditation requirements.
LMS experience a plus. MS Office products experience
Travel: 1-2 trips annually.
