We are seeking an experienced and organized critical thinker who would like to join our small team. We solve interesting and challenging problems in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
As an account manager with Dynamic Benchmarking, you take over the client relationship after the sales process is complete and will be responsible for managing and deploying our platform according to the parameters that were defined by the sales team. This includes both business consulting and deployment management.
Position is a full-time salary with the opportunity to earn commission. This is a 100% virtual work environment.
Specific Responsibilities Include
Guide clients through the development of survey questions and benchmarking reports
Help clients understand and develop KPI’s
Coordinate Dynamic Benchmarking resources to assist in the platform configuration
Keep the client on task and maintain the platform schedule timeline
Manage client communications throughout the process and lifecycle
Ensure maximum client participation metrics for client renewal
Re-sign the client to additional terms
Skills & Requirements
Independent work environment and ability to meet deadlines for multiple projects
Proficiency in problem solving
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly proficient Microsoft Office skills
Good grasp of business operations including finance
A bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years related experience, or an equivalent combination of both
Training will be remote, and you must be a fast-paced learner
