Chief Operating Officer Spurwink Services   Spurwink seeks a strategic and collaborative leader for the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Reporting to and partnering with the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the COO will be responsible for the daily operational aspects of the agency:   Acting President/CEO in the absence of the CEO Senior administrator sharing responsibility for contract and check approval with CEO and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Responsible for the IT Department’s effectiveness and outcomes in close coordination with the Director of IT and the virtual Chief Information Officer (CIO)
