Are you a detail-oriented innovative thinker who can set the direction for new services for our organization? CUES, a membership association serving over 40,000 members across North America and the Caribbean, is looking for a qualified individual to manage the process of developing new offerings and enhancing existing services to meet our members’ needs.
We are seeking an individual who:
Has project management experience or product development experience,
Has a bachelor’s degree in business,
Has at least 5 years’ experience with a service-related organization or association,
Can manage time and prioritize projects is essential,
Has been in the credit union industry or other financial services arena,
Has an understanding of negotiations and budgeting, and
Working knowledge of contract development is desirable.
The successful individual in this position will be able to define the strategic direction of the department and lead new offering development from concept to delivery using market trends, member feedback and competitive analysis. This individual will work with strategic partners and staff to ensure a comprehensive offering focus with a quality launch and delivery of products and services.
Travel of up to 10 days to targeted events including weekends is required.
