This position requires someone with a passion for membership recruitment, retention, data, and databases.  We are seeking someone who wants to use their critical thinking and analytical skills to take this small, young organization to the next level.   PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the administration, data migration, and management of the organization’s AMS, including the transition to a new AMS, and other potential databases. Responsible for membership operations, to include recruitment and retention, membership reporting, and recommendations/development of new member programs and services. Support accounting and budgeting procedures of ACAPT. Assist with website, events and various specific projects as needed.
