Responsibilities
Retain existing distributor, manufacturer and associate members through communication, support and engagement; work to increase member involvement in and support of the association.
Recruit new members by carrying out the association’s outreach strategies.
Maintain the association’s membership database.
Share social media posting responsibilities with other staff.
Work with staff to prepare and distribute membership communications.
Work with staff to carry out membership, sales and marketing and other project campaigns.
Work with staff to help achieve the financial goals of the organization.
Requirements
B.A. or B.S. degree
Two or more years of experience working with association membership programs
Association database experience and proficiency
Experience in, or ability to learn, social media posting
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
