Provide administrative support to POMA Districts and Communities to facilitate the development of active, healthy societies. Manage a wide variety of internal and external relationships to meet needs of POMA Communities. This is an in-office position with limited remote opportunities.
Essential Functions: Provide administrative, leadership development and organizational support
Provide subject matter support in association management areas such as financial management, membership, record keeping, leadership development and management, organizational management, etc.
3+ years in association/non-profit work Experience in association management a plus. Understanding of all facets of association management and component relations, including membership, educational programs, and organizational development.
