The Personify Programmer/Analyst will be responsible for the customization and optimization of the association’s use of the Personify360 Association Management System. The Programmer/Analyst will play a key role on the internal team for the ongoing support of business operations through troubleshooting and iterative improvements to the legacy platform. The incumbent will also participate in the selection and implementation of new AMS capabilities and integration points in support of the association’s digital transformation program.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming with experience working with the Personify360 AMS or a similar system (e.g., Aptify or iMIS). Experience in systems analysis and design, as well as project management, is required.
Responsibilities include:
Configuring and customizing the Personify360 AMS and integrations with other services/platforms to meet the unique needs of the association.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues with the Personify360 AMS and integrations with other services/platforms.
Working with stakeholders to understand their business processes and requirements, and design and implement solutions to meet their needs.
Composing and maintaining documentation for customizations and systems management processes.
Collaborating with team members to ensure the ongoing improvement, availability, and performance of our portfolio of capabilities, including the AMS, digital experience platform, and learning management system.
Participating in the design and implementation of major functional enhancements to the AMS and integration points, including the possible migration to new platforms.
Managing select projects related to the customization and optimization of the AMS, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualified candidates will have:
3+ years of experience programming, with a focus on customizing AMS systems or API-based integrations among systems.
Strong configuration and customization experience with the Personify360 AMS, Aptify, or iMIS.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, ASP.NET, and SQL.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
