JOB DESCRIPTION 340B Health has an opening for a Manager of Policy at our growing nonprofit hospital trade association. As a member of the legal and policy team, you will assist with policy analysis and regulatory and legal advocacy for health policy issues relating to the 340B drug discount program, especially those relating to hospitals. You will also participate in educating 340B Health members and others regarding 340B program developments, implementation, and compliance. Primary Responsibilities: Assist with tracking and analyzing policy, regulatory, and legal developments to assess and describe their potential impact on 340B Help with developing summaries of 340B issues, highlighting key issues
