OVERVIEW This manager-level position is responsible for developing and executing the delivery of programs in support of the almost 20,000 members and the 1,000 Academy current volunteers who work tirelessly to fulfill its mission and future, prospective volunteers hoping to get involved. This professional reports to the Director, Membership Growth and Engagement and collaborates with Academy staff across all departments and committees to plan and execute programs to support the volunteer experience for members who choose to get involved in supporting the Academy’s mission to serve.
