GENERAL SUMMARY  In this role, you will be a major contributor in executing NIC conferences which are the premier conferences for the senior housing and care industry offering an extraordinary attendee experience. You will develop highly engaging conference themes, formats, and sessions for three annual conferences, working with C-Suite volunteers serving on Program Committees, by using your superb listening skills and ability to translate their ideas into conference session design and content.
