The Chief Operations Officer will oversee the association’s operations, which shall include financial reporting, membership support, staff administration and development of association growth in coordination with the Chief Executive Officer. The COO will work closely with the CEO and the association’s Treasurer to administer the financial policies developed and approved by the Board of Directors to ensure the financial position of the association. Responsibilities: Manages the accounting of the association including but not limited to accounts receivable, membership dues payment(s), preparation of monthly/quarterly reports, record keeping and payment of RPAC investments, association bank account reporting and association credit card reporting.
