SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the sale of ACTE books and products. This individual coordinates the entire order process including taking customer orders, resolving conflicts, authorizing returns, processing claims and issuing refunds. Maintains and reconciles inventory and reorders products. Responsible for setting up the onsite bookstore at the annual convention, recommending what products to take, training any temporary staff and handling customer relations.
