General Summary of Responsibilities: The Senior Coordinator of Professional Development & Education will coordinate NAPFA’s efforts to help its members meet their continuing professional development. The individual will plan, develop, implement, and evaluate activities related to continuous professional development. An ideal candidate is skilled in project management, possesses the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, has excellent verbal and written communication skills, pays attention to detail, is a team player, and has outstanding customer service and strong interpersonal skills. The person most suited for this role will be the point person for the professional development programs and is able to operate autonomously.
