As the leading global association of mutual funds, ETFs, and other regulated funds, the mission of the Investment Company Institute (ICI) is to strengthen the foundation of the asset management industry for the ultimate benefit of the long-term individual investor.  As a member of the Membership department reporting to the Senior Director, Membership, the Members Services Specialist provides high-level customer service to members and responds to member and nonmember inquiries in a timely manner; and maintains accurate and current information of all investment companies and their affiliated companies and contacts in the membership database system. Essential functions of this role include: Assist with processing, updating, and retrieving fund and company records
