The National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA) is seeking a Systems Administrator who loves building efficient systems, solving technical challenges, and making technology easy for people to use. In this role, you will work primarily with Salesforce/Fonteva and Path LMS, helping to maintain and optimize the platforms that support our education, membership, and operational needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a tech-savvy, solutions-oriented professional who enjoys both independent work and cross-team collaboration.
This role ensures that systems run smoothly by troubleshooting issues, monitoring updates, tracking trends, and helping staff understand and use technology effectively. The administrator also manages the creation and maintenance of webinars, courses, certificates, and other education products within Path LMS, while overseeing video uploads, event archiving, and the proper linking of LMS content to Salesforce/Fonteva.
The Systems Administrator builds and maintains event and education products, supports sandbox refreshes, and contributes to system cleanup and integration enhancements. In addition, the role supports Salesforce and Fonteva administration by assisting with user setup, permissions, workflows, automation, reporting, and data management.
Finally, the Systems Administrator plays an active role in improving processes and workflows, identifying risks, recommending solutions, managing multiple projects at once, and taking on additional responsibilities that support NAEA’s mission and organizational goals.
